Service delivery: To provide, maintain and improve the Adspur platform, including account management, calendar tools, awards tracking, and agency account features.
Award submission management: To store and manage creative work, case studies, supporting files, and associated creator credits that users submit in connection with award shows. This content is visible only to the submitting user and their team.
Authentication and security: To verify your identity, manage access to your account, and protect against unauthorised access, fraud and abuse.
Payment processing: To process subscription payments and manage billing through our payment processor, Stripe.
Communications: To send transactional emails related to your account, such as signup confirmation, password resets, and service notifications.
Analytics and improvement: To understand how the Service is used, identify trends, and improve functionality and user experience.
Legal and regulatory compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders and legal processes, and to enforce our terms of use.

To close your account, email dataofficer@adspur.com. You will then have 90 days to export or request retention of your award submission content. After 90 days, account data and submission content will be deleted or anonymised unless you have requested otherwise.
When personal data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymise it.

To close your account or request deletion of your data, email dataofficer@adspur.com. There is no self-service deletion option; we handle removal requests manually so that we can confirm your identity and check whether any content must be retained for legal reasons.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact dataofficer@adspur.com. We will respond within one month of receiving your request. If your request is complex or we receive a large number of requests, we may extend this by a further two months, and we will inform you if this is the case.

We use one cookie, and only for essential purposes — session management and authentication, so that you stay logged in and pages are served securely. Essential cookies do not require consent.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We measure how the Service is used with Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not set cookies, does not store or read anything on your device, and does not collect personal data. It records only aggregated information such as page views, referring site and country-level location. Because nothing is stored on your device and no personal data is collected, we do not need to ask for your consent, and you will not see a cookie banner.
